We want you to be satisfied at all levels when shopping with us.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receipt at the product purchase price.  We do not refund shipping fees.  Returns should be sent only to:

We suggest that you insure your returned items.  We are not responsible for items that we receive damaged.  Please allow seven business days from your return receipt to process.  Product is to be in original condition along with instructions.  We will not accept returns purchased at another location.
